Bends metal fan blades by hand to adjust pitch (angle) of
blade, and to align blades for vibrationless tracking: Places
blade assembly on spindle of gauging fixture, and manually
rotates blades between set of pin gauges.

contact with pin ends. May use wrench or bending tool to ajdust
heavy-duty blades and blade carriers.
